Notification of authorisation to practise as a Limited Liability Partnership.

We wish to formally notify you that as and from 5 June 2023 Lanigan & Curran Solicitors is authorised by the Legal Services Regulatory Authority to operate as a Limited Liability Partnership, Lanigan & Curran Solicitors LLP.

As set out in the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 (subject to the exceptions listed therein) the individual partners in the Lanigan & Curran Solicitors LLP have no personal liability for any debts, liabilities or obligations which are incurred for the purpose of carrying on the business of the LLP (whether these are liabilities of the LLP, of any partner or any of its employees, agent or representative of the LLP) and however such liability may arise.

This does not prevent or restrict the enforcement of any debt, liability or obligation against the property of Lanigan & Curran Solicitors LLP.

The Partnership Act 1890 (Ireland) applies to Lanigan & Curran Solicitors LLP to the extent that it is not inconsistent with Chapter 3 of Part 8 of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015.

This notice is issued pursuant to Section 125 (7) of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 and paragraph 5 of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 (Limited Liability Partnerships) (Section 130) Regulations 2019.
